Shift Manager-シフトスケジュール管理・給料計算 2.2.0

Shift Manager is a shift management and salary calculation application for those who work for hourly salaries such as bytes and parts.

-Characteristic-
· Correspond to multiple workplaces and closed dates · Can see working hours and salary in January at a glance · Multiple shift registration on 1 day · Correspond to late night allowance and hourly wage UP on Saturdays and Sundays · Calculation unit for hourly wage · With copy function, registration of the same shift can be done at once · CSV attached function of shift data

- How to use -
Work registration
[Initial screen] → [Menu] → [Work list] → [Menu] → [Register work]

Shift registration
[Initial screen] → [Shift registration] or [Long press calendar]
· By pressing the [Select] button on the shift registration screen, you can set the information on the registered work place.
· Registration example of shifting across days: In case of 18: 00 ~ 25: 00, please set it as 18: 00 ~ 01: 00.
- Miscellaneous income can also be set as a negative value.

Delete / change shift
[Tap the registered shift once] → [Shift edit screen] → [tap Change or delete]
※ The place to tap is not the squared part of the calendar.

Mail attached (CSV)
[Initial screen] → [Menu] → [Attach mail]
You can send the registered shift as an attached file.
※ Attached files are saved on the SD card.

Monthly tabulation
[Initial screen] → [Tap the light blue part at the bottom of the screen]
You can see the aggregate of monthly salary, working days, working hours etc.

Copy shift
[Initial screen] → [Long press shift to copy] → Copy Shift or [Copy Shift] → [Select copy destination date]
You can copy the registered shift.

-Notes-
The monthly number of working days, actual working hours, and salary displayed at the bottom of the calendar screen are based on the closing date of each work place.
If you register your shift once a day from March 1st to 31st at the office on 25th, all the shifts will be shown in the March calendar, but each monthly value will be on February 26th It is the sum total for the period from March 25th.


- About permission -
Access authority is set for the following reasons.
· Storage (modify / delete SD card contents)
It is used only for saving the attached CSV file to the SD card with the CSV attached function.

· Network communication (complete Internet access, display of network status)
It is used for advertisement purposes only.
